For PBl our group the Angry Baby Penguins Chose the topic of child abuse. We decided to try to bring light to the subject. We did this by getting a cop to com and talk to the year 9's. This was a good idea because it brought some light to this subject. That is what my group did for PBL.
My groups goal was to bring light to this topic. I think we have done this. I think this because we had someone talk to all the year 9's about this topic.
Next time I would make shore everyone does their work. Because Casey hasn't done any work and it really annoys me. I would chose a better action so we don't have to change it as much

Topic: Child abuse
The issue we have chosen is child abuse. It is a deep dark overlooked issue that is hurting, killing and scaring children all over NZ.Our big picture is to bring awareness to this overlooked issue because it is not right to treat anyone the way these children are being treated. Our desired impact is for people to be able to tell the signs of child abuse and help the thousands of children around NZ that are being abused. Gilberthorpe School, Hornby Primary School, Sockburn School, South Hornby School are the schools we plan to go to.
